FAQs: Filtering enquiries

There are some types of enquiries I’d rather not receive, is there any way to filter these?

You can filter your ResponseSource Journalist Enquiry Service feed by enquiry type, media type or sender type.

Set up these filters by visiting My Account on ResponseSource Journalist Enquiry Service and unticking any that you no longer want to receive. Alternatively contact us and we’ll run through these options with you.

How about blocking enquiries from a specific person?

Either click on the ‘exclude this person from my enquiry email feed’ link at the bottom of the email enquiry or paste their email address into your personal excluded email list in ‘My Account’.
